TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Customer satisfaction is very important to me, and I try very hard to make that happen. However, sometimes things don't go according to plan or you might have questions, so in the event of anything like that occurring, this page should provide your answer.
Rose Bay Jewellery is currently only posting to the United Kingdom, at the flat rate of £2.50 per order, no matter how many items you purchase. I use Royal Mail's 1st Class post or parcel service. Please note these are not tracked services, as this would add quite a bit to your order, but orders over £50 get a free upgrade. My aim is to send orders within three working days, but most are dispatched much sooner than that. .
If you have any concerns or problems, do please contact me before attempting to return the item. This way we can work together to find an agreeable conclusion.
Problems should be notified within 14 days of delivery, and should a return be necessary, refunds will be given once I have received the item back in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item and refunds will cover purchase price but not shipping fees. Of course, if the product is faulty, I will refund both price and shipping once I have received the item back in its original condition and can see what the problem is.
Please make sure that the address you have given for your order is the correct one. I do not refund when the seller provides an incorrect address unless the item returns to me in the same condition it went out.
Returns & Cancellations
Cancellations are only possible up until the order is dispatched, after that you will need to follow the return instructions below.
Please inspect your purchase upon receipt, and if you are not entirely happy with your purchase please contact me within 14 days and I will do whatever I can to resolve your problem.
Should you wish to return an item it is recommended you use recorded delivery and retain a receipt for proof of postage. Rose Bay Jewellery is unable to accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit and until I receive the order back it remains the responsibility of the customer.
